When we look at what we do for our church, whether big or small, do we see it as connecting to a soul, or just something that needs to be done. When we realize that our efforts are connected to winning souls, we come to understand that every effort is important. It doesn't matter if it is noticed by others or not, every effort it tied together with others to help lead people to Christ. The next time you serve your church in any area, know that souls are depending on you, and that your work will lead to others spending eternity with Jesus.

God has called each of us to reach out the those around us. He has placed us in a family, neighborhood, community, and city, so that we can reach out with His love and influance. God is calling us all to go and work in his vineyard. To reach out to those we touch everyday. No matter who they are, God brings them across our path for a reason. Today is the day of salvation. Make the most of every moment, because this monent is all we have.

The next trait of the irresistible church, is a church that promotes spiritual self feeding. What if you only ate one meal a week? Do you think your body could make it through the week? So why do you think your spirit needs only one meal a week. Just like we feed our bodies everyday, our spirits need also to be feed everyday. We are responsible to feed our own spirits on the word of God. One service a week won't do. If you want to grow spiritually, just like your body, feed it everyday.

The irresistible church is also a church that continues to learn. Learning is not always a clean process. Mistakes happen and things get messy, but don't stop. Never get to the point where you think you have nothing to learn. It's a never ending proccess. There is always more to learn about God and his word. Don't be afraid to try, keep going. Learn from what works and what doesn't. Keep learning, you'll find that God has so much more instore for you.
